By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any feature of RankRadar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use RankRadar. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

RankRadar is an informational and analytical tool designed to help NEET UG aspirants explore historical medical college cutoff data, closing ranks, seat distributions, and admission trends across colleges participating in MCC counselling and state quota processes.

RankRadar is not an official government portal, nor is it affiliated with the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), National Testing Agency (NTA), or any State Counselling Authority. All information provided is intended solely for advance planning and reference purposes.

The cutoff and closing rank data available on RankRadar is sourced from official government and counselling authority websites, including MCC and respective state counselling portals. We take utmost care in collecting, processing, and presenting this data as accurately as possible.

However, despite our best efforts, data entry errors, transcription inconsistencies, or delayed updates may occasionally occur. The data presented on RankRadar reflects historical records and must be treated as advance reference information only.

The College Suggestion Tool generates college shortlists based exclusively on previous year's closing rank data matched against the rank you enter. This tool is designed to give you a starting point for planning — not a guaranteed outcome.

Cutoff ranks can shift considerably from year to year due to factors including changes in seat matrix, total number of candidates, reservation policy changes, new colleges entering the counselling system, and overall NEET score distributions. No tool, algorithm, or prediction model can guarantee future cutoff ranks.

• → College suggestions are indicative only. A college appearing as a "safe" or "likely" option based on past data may have a significantly different cutoff in the current year.
• → JustGetMBBS makes no warranty or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the accuracy of future predictions or the likelihood of admission to any specific college.
• → Candidates are strongly advised to apply their own judgement and consult an expert counsellor before finalising their college preferences during official counselling.

The FAQs, articles, and guidance content available on RankRadar are curated by the JustGetMBBS expert team based on their knowledge, experience, and understanding of medical admission processes in India. This content aims to simplify complex counselling procedures for aspirants.

However, counselling procedures, eligibility criteria, reservation norms, and administrative processes are subject to change by the MCC, NTA, and state authorities at any time and without prior notice. Content on RankRadar may not immediately reflect the latest procedural changes.

• → All FAQ and guidance content must be treated as general orientation material. For procedural decisions, always refer to the official information bulletin and notifications published by the relevant counselling authority.
• → JustGetMBBS is not responsible for any outcome arising from actions taken based solely on FAQ or expert content found on this platform without cross-referencing official sources.

JustGetMBBS makes reasonable efforts to update RankRadar with new data, notifications, and counselling round information in a timely manner. Our team monitors official sources and endeavours to reflect changes on the platform as soon as they are feasibly available.

However, due to the high frequency of official notifications during counselling season, we acknowledge that some updates may be delayed or occasionally missed. We therefore strongly recommend that users maintain an independent watch on official counselling authority websites, particularly during active counselling periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JustGetMBBS and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, RankRadar — including but not limited to any loss arising from reliance on data, predictions, suggestions, or content provided by the platform.

RankRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JustGetMBBS does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of inaccuracies at all times.

As a user of RankRadar, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in good faith. Specifically:

• → You will not attempt to scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercialise any data or content from RankRadar without explicit written permission from JustGetMBBS.

• → You understand that all final admission-related decisions rest entirely with you, and JustGetMBBS bears no responsibility for outcomes arising from those decisions.

All content on RankRadar — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, branding, visual design, data compilations, analytical tools, articles, and FAQs — is the intellectual property of JustGetMBBS and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use RankRadar solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your own medical admissions planning. Any other use requires prior written consent from JustGetMBBS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
