To guide you in selecting the deemed university, I have provided the 2018 cutoff rank of each college, round wise, in the table below. While this may or may not be the trend for 2019, it will help you to take an informed decision.

Fee Structure of Deemed Universities, 2019
I have compiled the fee structure of deemed universities from the data published at the MCC web site. I have taken adequate care to ensure the correctness and completeness of the data presented here. However, I might have inadvertently made some errors. So, you should use the table here only as a reference. You should visit MCC’s web site and the respective college’s web site to get the latest, accurate and complete information.
Note:
- BVD Sangli: Annual fees for NRIs is equal to USD 65000 + INR 1.12 lacs
- BVD Pune: Annual fees for NRIs is equal to USD 70000 + INR 1.12 lacs
- DY Patil, Navi Mumbai: Students will require to submit bank guarantee for the entire course (4 1/2 years)
- DY Patil, Kolhapur: The Hostel is compulsory for all students throughout the course
- JLN Wardha: Hostel Fees shall be collected annually, in advance, with 5% hike every year
- Rural Medical College Loni: 15% Increase in tuition fee for remaining period from 2022-23
- Aarupadai Veedu Medical College: NRI fees of USD 175,000 seems to be for the entire course
- Sri Ramachandra Medical College: NRI fees of USD 220,000 seems to be for the entire course, including hostel
- Sri Ramachandra Medical College: Hostel fee of INR 2,00,000 seems to be for the entire year
- Vinayaka Missions, Salem: NRI fees of USD 225,000 seems to be for the entire course

Yes. If fees is not a constraint for you, you should be able to get a seat in some deemed universities. Make sure you select all the universities in round 1 itself.
